摘要
以SCADA系统面对的两个方向 (量测对象和远程终端 )为基础提出调度MIS系统的开发方案 ,分析了调度MIS系统的应用所需要的SCADA实时数据种类 ,介绍了在数据共享的基础上开发的调度MIS系统的功能 ,阐述了解决调度MIS系统通用性的“构造系统”思想。
A project for developing power dispatching MIS is presented based on SCADA system mainly oriented to measuring objects and RTU. The types of SCADA real time data needed for application of MIS are analyzed, and the functions of the dispatching MIS developed on the basis of data sharing are introduced. The conception of Building System (BS) for versatility of the system is also expounded.
