摘要
目的:探讨瘢痕子宫妊娠阴道分娩的可行性。方法:回顾性分析146例瘢痕子宫患者的临床资料及分娩方式。结果:瘢痕子宫者阴道分娩36例(25%);剖宫产110例(75%)。结论:产前对瘢痕子宫足月妊娠孕妇的充分认识、积极准备,部分孕妇是可以阴道分娩的。
Objective：Study of uterine scar pregnancy vaginal delivery of feasibility.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 146 cases of uterine scar clinical data and mode of delivery.Results：Scar uterus vaginal delivery in 36 cases,accounting for 25% ;in 110 cases of cesarean section,75%.Conclusions：Prenatal of scar uterus of pregnant women to fully understand,prepare actively,some pregnant women ＇s vaginal delivery.
