摘要
目的:了解消化性溃疡药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用销售数量、金额排序、比例分布及频度分析的回顾性调查分析方法,对消化性溃疡药物的使用进行统计分析。结果:消化性溃疡药物销售数量与金额逐年上升;患者以门诊治疗为主;奥美拉唑用药频度排序第一。结论:消化性溃疡药物中,首选质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑。
Objective：To analyze the use of peptic ulcer drug in our hospital during 2009～2011 and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods：the sales volume,amount of sorting,proportional distribution and DDDs of peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital form 2009 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：the sales volume and consumption sum of peptic ulcer drug in our hospital increased year by year.Patients to outpatient treatment;The omeprazole DDDs sort first.Conclusion：Preferred proton pump inhibitor omeprazole peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital.
