摘要
以生产α-乙酰-γ-丁内酯的磷酸盐废水为原料,通过对磷酸盐废水的成分分析,调节pH、脱水、聚合将其转化成磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸三钠、酸式焦磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、三偏磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠,并对制得的磷酸盐的指标进行了分析。结果表明,上述产物均达到了相应的工业磷酸盐标准要求。该方法不仅提高了工业生产效益,而且达到了保护环境、节能减排的目的,实现了废物资源化利用。
With phosphate wastewater from the production ofα-acetyl-γ-butyrolactone as raw material, through the composition analysis of phosphate wastewater, pH adjustment, dehydration, and polymerization, the phosphate in the wastewater was converted into sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate, trisodium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium trimetaphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, and sodium tripolyphosphate. The indexes of the prepared phosphate products were analyzed and the results showed all of them met the requirements of corresponding industrial phosphate standards. This method not only improves the industrial productivity effect, but also achieves the purpose of environmental protection, energy saving-and-emission reduction, and waste recovery.
