摘要
研究了一种以湿法磷酸副产氟硅酸和硫酸钾为原料制备氟硼酸钾的新方法,重点考察了硫酸钾过量系数、反应温度和反应时间对产品收率及质量的影响;通过正交试验优化合成氟硼酸钾的工艺条件:反应时间为70 min、硫酸钾的过量系数为1.20、反应温度为70℃。在此工艺条件下,产品氟硼酸钾的质量分数在98%以上,符合国家标准GB/T 22667—2008的要求,产品收率达到97.58%。
A new technology for preparation of potassium fluoborate, with potassium sulfate and fluosilicic acid by-product of wet-process phosphoric acid production as raw materials was researched.Potassium sulfate excess ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the yield and quality of the product were studied emphatically.Through orthogonal test,the optimal technique conditions of preparing potassium fluoborate were obtained as follows : reaction time was 70 min, potassium sulfate excess ratio was 1.20, and reaction temperature was 70 ℃.Under these conditions, the mass ratio of potassium fluoborade was more than 98%, in line with the national standard GB/T 22667—2008, and the yield of the product reached 97.58%.
