摘要
患者1例,82岁,老年原发性扩张型心肌病接受心脏再同步治疗。近2年,反复出现皮肤破溃伴电极裸露。经积极的对症处理、局部清创以及电极重新包埋,其伤口均迅速愈合。
A 82 years old male patient with dilated myocardiopathy received resynchronization therapy （CRT） with pacemaker implantation for 7 years and had repeated skin erosions and electrode extrusion in last 2 years. After symptomatic treatment, local debridement and electrode re-embedment, his wound was healed quickly.
