摘要
目的观察蒲黄小复方对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者血中肌钙蛋白、心肌型肌酸激酶(myocardial creatinekinase,CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)含量的影响,评价该药的临床疗效。方法收集2009年11月—2011年9月期间本科住院的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者105例(治疗组53例,对照组52例),采用单纯西药对照治疗、蒲黄小复方结合常规西药治疗的方法,进行中医证候疗效及血中肌钙蛋白、心肌型肌酸激酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量的测定。结果中西医结合治疗组临床疗效及中医证候疗效优于对照组,治疗组治疗前、后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),对心肌型肌酸激酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白的含量影响虽无明显统计学差异,但P值明显小于对照组(对照组P值为0.18,治疗组P值为0.074)。结论蒲黄小复方联合常规西药治疗有较好的协同作用,较单纯西药疗法疗效显著,能显著降低乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量,对心肌型肌酸激酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白的含量有一定影响。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Puhuang（pollen typhae） small compound in elderly patients with unstable angina.Methods One hundred and five elderly patients with unstable angina were admitted in hospital from November 2009 to September 2011,53 patients were treated with Puhuang small compound and conventional western medicine（trial group） and 52 patients were treated with western medicine alone（control group）.The TCM syndrome scores were compared,the serum levels of cTn,CK-MB and LDH were measure.Results Clinical observation showed that the TCM syndrome scores of trial group were better than those of control group.LDH level after treatment was markedly lower than that before treatment in trial group（P0.05）;there were no significant differences in CK-MB and cTn levels before and after treatment in both groups（control group P=0.18,trial group,P=0.074）.Conclusion The combined regimen of Puhuang small compound with basic western medicine shows better efficacy than using western medicine alone in elderly patients with unstable angina.
