摘要
目的:探讨综合措施治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选择60例阴囊激素依赖性皮炎患者,采用冷湿敷、口服抗组胺药、多种维生素及外用0.03%他克莫司软膏等综合治疗,4周后进行疗效评价。结果:综合治疗4周有效率100.00%,痊愈率93.33%。结论:综合治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objectives： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive treatment on scrotal steroiddependent dermatitis. Methods： Sixty cases of scrotal - dependent dermatitis were selected and then treated with cold wet compress, oral antihistamines, multivitamins, and 0.03% tacrolimus ointment for external use. Four weeks later, we carried out curative effect evaluation. Results： The effective rate and recovery rate after the 4 -week comprehensive treatment were 100.00% and 93.33% respectively. Conclusion： The comprehensive treatment for scrotal steroid - dependent dermatitis rums out to he significantly effective and produced less adverse reactions. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
