摘要
欧洲泌尿外科学会(The European Association of Urology,EAU)2012年发表了新的《EAU男性性腺功能低下指南(2012年版)》(以下简称《指南》)。在男性性腺功能低下(Male Hypogonadism)的流行病学、病因、诊断、临床结局、治疗等方面做了论述。本文通过对《指南》解读,旨在帮助全科医生和不熟悉本病治疗的医生正确诊断和治疗该病。
In 2012, the European Association of Urology （EAU） published its EAU Guidelines on Male Hypogonadism which gives details of epidemiology, etiology, diagnosis, clinical outcome and treatment concerning male hypogonadism. This paper aims to provide understanding and explanation of the guidelines so as to help general practitioners and some urologists who do not specialize in the field of male hypogonadism to diagnose and treat the disease correctly.
