摘要 [目的]研究吉尔吉斯生态环境对土地利用的响应,为该国土地利用结构优化提供科学依据,为区域社会经济的可持续发展提供支撑,为邻邦中国的生态安全提供保障。[方法]货币量价值法、贡献率分析、敏感度分析。[结果](1)2000~2008年减少的地类有耕地、水域以及储备土地,其他地类均有不同程度的增加。特别保护自然土地利用类型的增加幅度最大。(2)2000~2003年吉尔吉斯生态系统服务价值呈增加的趋势,对这种变化产生的贡献最大的地类为特别保护自然土地。2004~2008年间生态系统服务价值呈减少的趋势,对这种变化产生贡献最大的地类为水域。[结论]近年来,吉尔吉斯土地利用结构没有发生剧烈的改变,生态系统服务价值减小幅度不大,但是该国土地管理粗放,建设用地呈现无序扩张,大量优质耕地被建设占用,耕地质量日趋下降,土地利用的变化对脆弱的生态系统带来的影响不容忽视。同时,水域虽然仅占土地利用总面积的3.84%,但是具有很高的生态价值,需要大力的保护,以确保吉尔吉斯社会经济的稳定发展,生态质量的不断提高。 [ Objective] The purpose of this project was to research the response of ecosystem service value to land use change in Kyrgyz Republic in order to provide scientific basis for land use structure optimization, sustainable development of the regional social economy and ecological security of China as neighboring country. [ Method ] Evaluation method based on money supply, contribution rate analysis and sensitivity analysis were applied in the study. [ Result ] ( 1 ) The area of cultivated land, water area and reserve land showed a decreased trend. More or less increases were found in other aspects, and the largest increase in land use was the specially - protected natural land during 2000 - 2008. (2) The ecosystem service value (ESV) showed a increased trend during 2000 - 2003. During this period, the specially - protected natural land dominantly influenced this value. There was an opposite trend during 2004 - 2008. The water was the main influencing factor. [ Conclusion ] In recent years and ESV was slightly reduced, but the influence of land , although the land use structure only changed gently use change in Kyrgyz on ecosystem cant be ignored because of the extensive land management, the disorderly expansive construction land and the decrease of high quality cultivated land. The water area, although only covers 3.84% of its total land area, is very important to the stability of ecosystem and social and economic security of the country.
