不同温度条件下接种棉花枯萎病菌海岛棉和陆地棉抗病性研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]比较海岛棉和陆地棉抗枯萎病性差异,确定海岛棉和陆地棉室内抗病性鉴定方法,分析海岛棉和陆地棉病程反应机制,为今后的棉花抗枯萎病性研究奠定基础。了解海岛棉枯萎病发生规律和抗病机理,揭示不同类型棉花品种抗病性的机制,为今后培育抗病新品种开展海岛棉抗病鉴定、分子育种奠定基础。[方法]在不同温度条件下,分别对海岛棉和陆地棉接种枯萎病菌,考察海岛棉和陆地棉的发病特性,利用方差分析,比较海岛棉和陆地棉以及不同品种间在不同温度条件下的抗性差异。[结果]不同品种在不同温度下的感病情况存在差异,棉花品种在25℃受到棉花枯萎病的感染最为严重,海岛棉品种比陆地棉品种感病程度重。[结论]不同温度条件下枯萎病对海岛棉和陆地棉影响不同,棉花感枯萎病程度随温度的升高而加重,以25℃条件下感病程度最为严重;不同棉花种对枯萎病的抗、感病性不同,一般条件下陆地棉不宜感病,海岛棉较为感病,海岛棉品种比陆地棉品种感病程度较重。 [ Objective ] The purpose of this study is to contrast the differences of their resistance to Fusarium wilt in leaves of Sea Island cotton and upland cotton in order to determine their resistance identification indoors and analyze the reaction mechanism of the two varieties so that in the future, a foundation will be laid for further research into the disease. [ Methods] Under different temperature conditions, Sea Island cotton and upland cotton were inoculated Fusarium wilt respectively, whose purpose is to investigate the characteristics of the incidence of a disease of the two varieties of cotton. Variance analysis was used to contrast the differences of disease -resistance of the different varieties under different temperatures. [ Result] Different varieties which are susceptible to the disease under different temperatures are different. Under the temperature of 25℃, the infection was the most serious and the degree of susceptibility of Sea Island cotton was greater than upland cotton. [ Conclusion] Under different temperature conditions, Fusarium wilt will infect the two species differently. The degree of infection will aggravate with the rising temperature. When the temperature reaches 25 ℃, the degree of susceptibility is the greatest. Different variety of cotton has different degrees of disease - resistance. Of course, their susceptibility varies, too. Under normal condition, upland cotton is not easy to be infected, but the Sea Island cotton is more susceptible than upland varieties.
