摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对妇科肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法将2010年1月至2012年9月诊治的112例妇科肿瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组56例患者采用常规护理方法,观察组56例患者采用综合护理干预方法,比较两组患者的心理状态、自护能力以及生活质量情况。结果护理前,两组患者的Zung焦虑量表(SAS)、抑郁量表(SDS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),自护能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者的诺丁汉健康调查问卷(NHP)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而护理后观察组患者的NHP评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妇科肿瘤患者实施综合护理干预临床效果肯定,可以明显改善患者的心理状态及自护能力,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with gynecological tumors.Methods From January 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital,112 patients with gynecological tumors were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,56 cases in the control group used conventional methods of care,56 cases in the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention,the psychological state,self-care ability and quality of life of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The Zung Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Depression Scale（SDS）score of two groups patients before care had no statistically significant difference（P0.05）,but after care the SAS,SDS score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）;the self-care ability of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）;the Nottingham health survey questionnaire（NHP）score of two groups patients before care had no statistically significant difference（P0.05）,but after care the NHP score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with gynecological tumors has definite clinical effect,can significantly improve patients＇ psychological state,self-care ability,so as to improve the patient＇s quality of life.
