摘要
为进一步加快大牛地气田利用水平井组开发天然气步伐,结合盒1气层改造的要求,在多级管外封隔器水平井分段压裂工艺的基础上,开展了井组压裂模式的研究。通过优化压裂设计,同时结合施工参数及裂缝监测结果对设计参数进行实时调整,形成了丛式水平井组"井工厂"压裂模式分段压裂工艺。在R井组6口水平井进行了现场试验,压后井组无阻流量达77.88×104m3/d,成功探索出了适合致密砂岩气藏水平井组"井工厂"压裂开发的有效途径。
To accelerate gas field development of Daniudi field using horizontal well pattern,considering the demand of He-1 gas layer stimulation,well pattern fracturing mode study is conducted,based on horizontal well sectional fracturing technique with multi-stage packers.Through optimizing fracturing design,the design parameters are adjusted real-time combined with the operation parameters and fracture monitoring results,and the cluster horizontal wells "well plant" fracturing mode is formed.Field applications are conducted on the 6 horizontal wells in R pattern,with the result of 77.88×104 m3/d as absolute open flow rate.The study explores successfully the effective method to develop tight sand gas reservoirs by horizontal well fracturing.
