摘要
目的观察合并脉络膜上腔出血的严重眼外伤玻璃体切除手术的治疗效果。方法分析回顾11例合并脉络膜上腔出血的严重眼外伤行玻璃体切除手术治疗的临床资料。结果所有病例均成功引流脉络膜上腔积血，术后随访4～36个月，5例视网膜局限性增生，其余6例术后5～7个月取硅油视网膜解剖复位良好。结论外伤性脉络膜上腔出血病情复杂，预后差，伤后早期玻璃体切除手术可提高视功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of vitreoretinal surgery for complicated ocular injury with suprachoroidal hemorrhage. Methods Eleven cases of complicated ocular injuries with suprachoroidal hemorrhage were treated by vitreoretinal surgeries. During the operation, the suprachoroidal hemorrhage was drained through the incision of pars plana. The retina was reattached through pars plana vitrectomy. The sili- cone oil was filled in the vitreous cavity. Results The suprachoroidal hemorrhage was successfully drained away in all cases. Followed up for 4 -36 months, 5 cases had local retinal proliferation; the retinae were re- attached successfully in the rest 6 cases after silicone oil removal at 5 -7 months postoperatively. Conclu- sion Serious eye injuries combined with supra choroidal hemorrhage usually have complicated clinical fea- tures and poor prognosis. Early vitreoretinal surgery can improve the patients＇ visual function.
