摘要
目的探讨经腹腹腔镜肾上腺手术的疗效与安全性。方法采用经腹腹腔镜切除肾上腺或肾上腺肿瘤56例。结果手术时间40～120min，平均60min。全部手术成功，无中转开放手术，均为输血，无大血管及腹腔脏器并发症。结论经腹腔腹腔镜切除肾上腺或肾上腺肿瘤技术安全，疗效可靠。
Objective To discuss the effect and security of transperitoneal laparoscopic. Meth- ods Fifty six patients with adrenal gland diseases or adrenal gland neoplasms treated by ransperitoneal laparoscopic. Results The average operating time was 60 minuts（40 - 120 min）. All cases were com- pletely successful, no patient transferred to open surgery. There was no blood transfution, vascular and abdominal organic complications. Conclusions Transperitoneal laparoscopic was a safe technology and its effect was reliable.
