摘要
目的探讨特异性免疫治疗（SIT）药物粉尘螨滴剂治疗儿童过敏性支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将162例儿童过敏性支气管哮喘患者随机分成两组，治疗组对84例含服脱敏药物治疗，对照组78例单纯吸入药物，评估两组疗效及其对肺功能的影响。结果经36周后，治疗组肺功能及发作次数明显优于对照组。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗儿童过敏性哮喘患者疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the curative effective of specific immunotherapy drugs der- matophagoides farinae drops on children with allergic asthma. Methods One hundred and sixty-two children with allergic asthma were divided into two groups randomly. The 84 patients in treatment group were treated with buccaled desensitizing drug. The 78 patients in control group were treated with inhala- tion drug simply. The curative effective and influence on lung function were evaluated. Results After 36 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in lung function and attack frequency. Conclusions The curative effective of dermatophagoides farinae drops on children with allergic asthma is remarkable.
