胰腺囊实性肿瘤患者的临床治疗

摘要 目的探讨胰腺囊实性肿瘤患者的临床治疗手段。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2011年6月以来收治的28例胰腺囊实性肿瘤患者的治疗手段和疗效。结果所有患者均实施外科手术治疗,所有患者均手术成功无患者死亡。其中行胰十二指肠切除的患者9例,同样有9例行胰体尾切除术,行保留十二指肠的胰头切除术者1例,2例行腹腔镜下胰体尾肿瘤切除术,3例胰腺节段切除术,另行胰腺肿瘤局部剜除术者3例,最后1例仅可行姑息手术。术后并发症发生胃瘫2例,胰瘘3例,但经保守治疗均痊愈。所有患者均获得随访,未发现复发或者转移。结论对于胰腺囊实性肿瘤患者手术的选择,应该遵循个体化损伤控制性原则。
