三维超声对不孕患者子宫内膜容受性的评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨三维超声对不孕患者不孕患者子宫内膜容受性的评价价值。方法 2012年4月至2013年1月在本院妇科门诊并确诊为不孕症患者50例和正常患者50例,分别测量两组的子宫内膜形态、厚度和容积。结果 A型(19/50)明显少于对照组的A型数(32/50),而B型和C型均高于对照组的相应类型;对照组的子宫内膜厚度无论A、B和C型,大多在10~12mm的范围内,而病例组大多分布于〈10mm和〉12mm的范围;对照组中子宫内膜容积大多数〉3mL,而病例组的患者大多数在1~2mL的范围。结论三维超声在诊断不孕症的临床价值显著,能够横好的评价子宫内膜容受性。
