摘要
目的观察喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法将162例手足口病患儿,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各81例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用利巴韦林治疗,观察两组患儿用药后临床症状和体征改善情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率(92.6%)高于对照组总有效率(80.1%),治疗组临床症状和体征改善时间明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of xiyanping combined with ribavirin on hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 162 children with handfoot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group（81cases） and control group（81cases）.The children in the treatment group were treated with xiyanping and ribavirin,whereas the children in the control group were treated with ribavirin.The improvement times of clinical symptoms and signs were observed.Result The total efficiency of treatment and control groups was 92.6% and 80.1% respectively.The improvement times of clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group（P0.05）.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Therapeutic effect of xiyanping combined with ribavirin for hand-foot-mouth disease is significant.
