摘要
目的初步探讨12h乳酸清除率与急性中毒预后的相关性。方法对我院收治的90例急性中毒患者进行入院初12h乳酸清除率测定及APACEHⅡ评分。比较APACEHⅡ评分分值不同组12h乳酸清除率差异及乳酸清除率与急性患者病死率的相关性。结果 APACEHⅡ评分高分组与低分组,12h乳酸清除率差异显著。急性中毒患者12h乳酸清除率与APACEHⅡ评分呈负相关,r=-0.46,P<0.05。急性中毒患者12h乳酸清除率与APACEHⅡ评分呈负相关。存活组血乳酸清除率显著高于病死组(P<0.05)。结论 12h乳酸清除率测定与急性中毒预后评估切实相关。
Objective Primary discussion for the relationship between prognosis of 12 hours lactate clearance rate in acute poisoning patients.Method 12 hours lactate clearance and APACEⅡ scoring system score were taken in 90 admission patients with acute poisoning.Difference of 12 hours lactate clearance between the two groups,which had different APACHEⅡ score,was studied.Study the relation ship between 12 hour lactate clearance and mortality in acute poisoning patients.Results 12 hours lactate clearance was significantly lower in high score group compared with the low score group.The negative correlation between 12 hours lactate clearance and APACEⅡ score was significant（r =-0.46,P 0.05）.12 hours lactate clearance in survival group was significantly higher than in death group（P 0.05）.Conclusion 12 hours lactate clearance was closely related to prognosis in patients with acute poisoning.
