摘要
目的统计偏瘫患者躯干的异常姿势。方法用自己设计的表格,观察90例偏瘫患者的颈部、肩部、胸腰部和骨盆在端坐位的异常姿势,统计分析。结果统计得出颈部主要是向健侧旋转和向患侧弯曲。肩部主要是肩胛骨的外旋外展,肩关节的脱位、疼痛、前伸、下沉、活动受限。胸腰部存在紧张或松软感和弯曲。骨盆主要是出现后缩、旋后、前伸、旋前、下沉、上提。结论偏瘫患者出现的痉挛可导致不同程度和方向的躯干的姿势异常。
Objective Statistics abnormal trunk posture in hemiplegic patients。Methods Form their own design,observed 30 cases of hemiplegia,neck,shoulder,waist,chest and pelvis abnormal posture in the sitting position and Statistical Analysis.Result Mainly to the contralateral neck rotation and bending to the affected side,Mainly scapular shoulder external rotation and abduction,shoulder dislocation,pain,reach,sinking,activity limitation.Thoracolumbar soft feel and there is tension or bending,Occurred mainly after pelvic contraction,supination,reach,pronation,sinking a raise.Conclusion Hemiplegic patients can lead to varying degrees of spasticity and abnormal posture of the trunk direction.
