摘要
卫生材料费用是继药品费用之后,影响患者医疗费用上涨的主要因素。加强卫生材料特别是高值耗材的管理,能够控制医疗费用过快增长,能够起到进一步降低患者费用和合理控制医保费用增长的作用,确保医患保三方的利益。本文通过对某医院高值耗材的统计分析,指出目前管理上存在的问题,并提出对高值耗材管理的措施及建议。
Besides medicine expense,iatrical material expense is another main factor which causes the medical cost of patient.Enhancing the management of iatrical material,especially the high value material,will make great help for controlling the increase of medical cost,and further decreasing patient’s medical cost and also the cost of social security cost,so that to insure the benefits of hospital,patient and also social security.Hereby this article will statistical analyze the high value material of a hospital,point out the management problem and bring out the managing method and suggestion for these high value materials.
