关节镜治疗半月板损伤的护理 被引量：1

摘要 膝关节半月板损伤为膝部常见的损伤,多见于青年人,常发生在膝关节屈曲、胫骨固定、股骨突然内延。如不及时治疗,会给患者的关节功能带来一定的影响。半月板对膝关节软骨起保护作用。因为半月板是通过增加接触面积来承受股骨和胫骨之间的负荷,而且可以随膝关节的活动改变其形状,减少接触应力,以保护关节面。而且能够使身体向下传达震荡,为膝关节内的缓冲装置。传统手术创伤大,病程长,关节功能恢复慢,随着科技的发展,关节镜技术在微创骨科领域中发挥了重大作用,使膝关节疾病和损伤的诊断治疗更加直接,准确和可靠,深受患者欢迎。本科自2011年9月开始采用关节镜治疗半月板损伤,现得护理体会如下。
