摘要
目的探讨可吸收螺钉和空心螺钉治疗新鲜闭合性内踝骨折的临床效果。方法通过2006年9月到2010年9月一年时间内对124例新鲜闭合性单纯内踝骨折患者,采取两种螺钉的临床治疗(即国产可吸收螺钉和空心螺纹钉),随访半年到18个月。结果所有患者均骨性愈合,按照Mart和Teipner术后临床(功能)恢复标准,优良率分别为93%、96%,统计学无明显差异。结论利用这两种螺钉治疗单纯内踝骨折都能取得好的疗效,它们各有优势。
Objective To investigate the absorbable screw and cannulated screw for treatment of fresh closed fracture of medial malleolus clinical effect.Method Through 2006 September to 2010 September inside a year of time of 124 cases of closed fresh internal malleolus fracture patients,take two screws clinical treatment（i.e.,home-made absorbable screw and cannulated screws）,follow-up for half a year to 18 months.Results All patients were healed,according to Mart and Teipner postoperative clinical（function） standard,excellent recovery rates were 93%,96%,but there was not significant difference.Conclusion The use of these two kinds of screws in the treatment of internal malleolus fracture can obtain good effect,they each have an advantage.
