58例直肠癌患者行FOLFOX-4化疗的临床观察

摘要 目的观察FOLFOX-4化疗方案治疗晚期直肠癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法选择58例经病理组织学诊断为晚期直肠癌的患者,行FOLFOX-4化疗方案治疗。结果 58例的有效率为43.10%,其中完全缓解5例(8.62%);部分缓解20例(34.48%);稳定25例(43.10%);进展8例(13.79%)。毒副作用主要表现为外周神经毒性、恶心呕吐、腹泻、静脉炎、骨髓抑制等,未见心脏和肝肾功能损害。结论 FOLFOX-4方案治疗晚期直肠癌临床疗效较好,毒副作用小,值得临床推广。
