摘要
目的探讨凝聚胺交叉配血不合的原因并提出对策。方法回顾性分析2012年1月～10月在本科室进行凝聚胺交叉配血不合的17例病例资料。结果凝聚胺交叉配血不合与冷凝集反应(5例)、缗钱状假凝集(3)、使用肝素(2例)、不规则抗体阳性(7例)有关。结论依据凝聚胺交叉配血不合的具体原因,采取对应的处理方法 ,可降低凝聚胺交叉配血不合的发生。
Objective To evaluate the reason of unmatched polybrene cross matching.Methods Data of 17 cases of unsuited polybrene cross matching between January 2012 and Octomber 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Unsuited polybrene cross matching were associated with positive cold agglutination reaction（n=5）,rouleaux pseudoagglutination（n=3）,the use of heparin（n=2）,positive unexpected antibody（n=7）.Conclusion According to specific reason,adopting corresponding approach may reduce the incidence of unmatched polybrene cross matching.
