摘要
目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合埃索美拉唑对癔球症的疗效。方法回顾分析2009年6月至2011年3月门诊癔球症患者79例,设为A组,给予口服埃索美拉唑;2011年4月至2012年5月门诊癔球症患者50例,设为B组,给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片、埃索美拉唑联合治疗。疗程均为8周,治疗期间均停用其他药物,分别给予治疗前及治疗的第4、8周末随访,停药12周末进行症状评价及评分。结果 A组临床总有效率为74.68%,B组临床总有效率为84.00%,B组疗效占优,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在缓解睡眠障碍和自主神经功能紊乱方面,B组疗效明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用埃索美拉唑的基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗癔球症能提高疗效,并显著改善睡眠障碍和自主神经功能紊乱。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with esomeprazole on globus pharyngeus treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 79 cases of outpatients with globus pharyngeus from 2009 June to 2011 March,which were set up for the A group and given oral esomeprazole;And 50 cases of outpatients with globus pharyngeus from 2011 April to 2012 May,which were set up for the B group and given oral flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with esomeprazole.All the patients were on a course of 8 weeks,during which no other medicines were used.Then follow-ups were made before the treatment and in 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment respectively,and obtained were the symptom evaluation and score 12 weeks later.Results The total clinical effective rates of Group A and Group B were 74.68% and 84.00% respectively.Group B had better effect,but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.But in the relief of sleep disorders and dysfunction of autonomic nervous system,group B obviously improved clinical curative effect,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It was proved that esomeprazole combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets had significant effects in treating globus pharyngeus and improved sleep disorders and dysfunction of autonomic nervous system.
