摘要 目的探讨手足口病初期促炎-抗炎及免疫机制变化,为寻求早期预警敏感指标和干预措施提供理论依据。方法检测急性期外周血象、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及IL-10。结果实验组均值与对照组相比较WBC、L%、CRP均有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组促炎因子比较,TNF-α、IL-6有显著性差异(P<0.05),抗炎因子IL-10无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论①手足口病早期就存在不同程度的全身炎症反应,抗炎机制尚未完全启动;②WBC、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6可作为病情加重的早期预警指标;③WBC、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及IL-10指标的检测可以帮助估计患儿病情和治疗效果的判断。 Objective To explore the changes proinflammatory with antiinflammatory and immunologic of Hand foot mouth disease(HFMD),for seek early warning sensitive index and intervenetion study to provid rationale.Methods To detected acute stage peripheral blood 、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 and IL-10.Results The mean of experiment group compared control group,Peripheral blood WBC、L%、CRP are significant difference(P0.05);inflammatory factor TNF-α、IL-6 are significant difference;antiinflammatory factor IL-10 no significant difference(P0.05),Anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 had no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion ①HFMD earlier period have had systemic inflammatory response syndrome,but antiinflammatory mechanism had not been completeness startup;②WBC、CRP、TNF-α and IL-6 can conduct and actions pathogenetic condition aggravated early waming index;③The detection of WBC,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 indicators can help estimate the disease and judge the effection of treatment.
