摘要
在电源规划程序 JASP的基础上 ,采用拉格朗日松弛法优化电源投资决策 ,并保留了原算法中应用非常成功的随机生产模拟算法——等效电量函数法 ,使整体算法更趋严谨完善 ,求解变量多 ,计算速度快。
The mathematical model of generation planning program consists of two parts: the power plant investment decisionand the probabilistic production simulation. Lagrangian relaxation method is applied to the power plant investment decision.The equivalent energy function method adopted extensively and successfully is used for probabilistic production simulation.Simulation results show that compared with the original JASP method. the new method can give more economical and rationalsystem planning scheme.This project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 59937150).
