阐述了超短期负荷预测在实时发电市场中的重要性。在充分研究和比较多种超短期负荷预测方法的基础上 ,提出了适合发电市场的综合预测方法 ;解决了负荷伪数据处理的问题 ;
The paper elaborates the importance of ultra-short term load forecasting in spot power market. Under the basis ofsufficient study and comparison on lots of methods of ultra-short term load forecasting, a synthetic forecasting method whichis suited to power market is presented. The pseudo data can be identified and corrected by using the proposed method. Theultra-short term load forecasting method presented in this paper has been successfully used in Zhejiang power market.This project is supported by State Power Corporation of China (No. SPKJ018-of).
