高校教师积极心理资本的开发策略探讨 被引量：11

摘要 高校教师在我国高等教育教学过程中扮演着重要角色,高校教师的心理素质和积极心理资本的开发和应用,均对我国大学生的成长和成才产生重要而深远的影响。本文将从心理资本的四个维度出发,分别探讨如何开发和提高高校教师积极心理资本的策略和方法。
