摘要
系统采用面向对象的可视化编程技术 ,以规划区域的地理图为一级画面 ,利用数据库技术 ,将 5～ 10a内的负荷、配电网、地理气象信息、经济建设发展规划的空间数据和属性数据一一对应起来 ,实现图资信息分层处理、信息查询、图表分析、易于修改和扩充等功能。面向配电网规划的信息系统 ,既可以为配电网规划及其滚动修正提供详实的信息资料、提高规划速度和质量 ,为电力系统整体规划奠定基础 。
The object oriented visual programming technique and database technique are used to correlate the space data to attributive data of load,power distribution network,geography,meteorology and economic development plan within 5 to 10 years based on the geographic graphs of planned area.The system has the functions of hierarchic processing,information query,graphic analysis,easy revision and expansion.It provides the full and accurate data not only for network planning and trundling revision to improve the planning speed and quality,which is the basis of whole electric power system planning,but also for management departments at various levels in making decision.
