摘要 简要分析了TV(电压互感器 )铁磁谐振过电压的机理。综合分析了下列谐振措施 :TV开口三角绕组接电阻或分频谐振装置 ,TV中性点经接地电阻接地或经XXQ 1 0接地 ,在TV中性点串单相TV ,采用抗谐振型电压互感器 ,提出了它们的适用范围。为城网改造 ,新建变电站TV的选型提供参考 。 In the 3~10 kV power supply system,the neutral point of power transformer is grounded.When lightning occurs or no load bus switches on the ferroresonance over voltage,porcelain insulator flashover,lighting arrester detonation and PT burnout may happen. Based on the analysis of ferroresonance over voltage mechanism, various kinds of countermeasure to prevent ferroresonance over voltage in PT are analyzed:PT delta connection winding connected with resistance or frequency division resonance apparatus;neutral point earthed via resistance or XXQ?10;PT neutral point connected with single phase PT,anti resonance PT.Some experiences in the selection of PT type and their applicable coverage are presented the reformation.It would be useful in the reformation of urban network and the set up of new substation.
