摘要
探讨煤粉炉二次风优化配风的原则和方法_在燃烧过程分析的基础上,用给粉机台数和比O2流量代替具体的给粉量和送入风量,依据分级配风原理,进行从炉膛局部到整体的风粉量化配比,结合670t/h贫煤锅炉,给出配风计算过程和配风表,并对几个燃烧问题进行讨论.按此方法调整燃烧,可降低稳燃负荷和NOx的排放浓度,大大提高锅炉效率。
In this paper,the optimization principle and method of secondary air distribution of pulverized coal-fired boiler are discussed.Based upon the analysis of combustion process,with the sets of pulverized coal feeder and specific O2 flow instead of the actually fed pulverized coal and forced draft air, and according to the air staging principle, the quantified proportioning of pulverized coal-air flow from the part to the whole was carried out; combining with 670 t/h lean coalfired boiler,the calculation procedure of air distribution and the air distribution table were given; and several cotnbustion problems were discussed as well.By using this method to debug combustion,both the minimum load for steady-state combustion and the Nox emission concentration were reduced, with the efficiency of boiler greatly improved.
