摘要
目的:优选枳芍散复方提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以芍药苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷含量为指标性成分,考察浸泡时间、溶媒用量和提取次数对提取效果的影响,对实验结果进行综合分析。结果:优选出的提取工艺为16倍水浸泡30 min提取2次,每次1 h。结论:本试验方法对枳芍散的生产工艺具有一定的指导和参考意义。
Objective : To optimize the extraction technology of Zhishi Shaoyao powder. Methods: The orthogona! test was employed taking the contents of paeoniflorin, naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin as the indexes and the influences on extraction results of soaking time, solvent dosage and extraction times were investigated, and were ana- lyzed by multi - index comprehensive scoring method. Results: The optimal extracting process was selected as fol- lows : 16 times of water consumption, soak for 30rain, extraction twice for 1 hour at each time. Conclusion: The ex- perimental method can serve as a guideline and reference for the production process of Zhishi Shaoyao powder.
