摘要
多分支、小接地电流的配电线路故障测距有其固有特点和困难 ,多年来未能圆满解决。基于 RL C全分布的分布参数线路模型 ,借助多频激励故障诊断思想 ,提出了辐射状馈线故障测距的双频激励和测后模拟法 ,这两种方法可有效地对配电线路进行故障分支识别和短路点定位。文中给出了算法的推导 ,以及测距结果关于输入误差灵敏度分析结果。三年多来 ,在大庆实际配电线路上的多次模拟故障测距表明 ,此方法正确。
The radial feeders with multi branch and small grounding current have their inherent features and the fault location of the radial feeders is difficult。 This problem has not been solved in many years. On the basis of line model with distributed parameters and multi frequency excited diagnosis, a Bi Frequency Excited (BFE) and Simulation After Test (SAT) method for fault location of radial feeder is presented in this paper. Using BFE and SAT, the faulty branch identification and the location of short current position can be effectively carried out. The deduction process of the presented algorithm as well as the results of extensive sensitivity analysis are presented in this paper. The results of many fault location tests of practical distribution system in Daqing show that the presented algorithm is feasible.
