摘要
文章针对电力系统规划中客观存在的难以定量表达的不确定性问题 ,应用证据理论从不确定推理的角度探讨计及电力系统规划中的非定量不确定因素的方法 ,给出了证据理论求解不确定性问题的一般过程 ,并详细讨论了证据理论在电网规划、厂址选择中的应用。
In power system planning there is much non quantificational uncertainty to be concerned. This article presents a new uncertainty reasoning based on Evidential Theory. Using this method, we can reckon in the technical、environmental、economical uncertainties and give the planning schemes a comprehensive and impartial evaluation. Practical application in power system planning is also discussed.
