摘要
目的:观察采用循证护理模式缓解小儿术前恐惧情绪应用的效果。方法:选择2011年11月-2012年10月择期全麻小儿手术患儿136例作为研究对象,随机分为循证组及对照组各68例,予以对照组患儿围手术期常规护理,予以循证组患儿围手术期循证护理模式护理;比较2组患儿术前生命体征、术前恐惧评分(FAVS)、治疗依从性、家属满意度。结果:2组患儿生命体征比较,有显著差异,麻醉前循证组平均动脉压和心率明显低于对照组;恐惧情绪评分比较,循证组明显低于对照组;治疗依从性比较,循证组明显高于对照组;家属满意度比较,循证组明显高于对照组。结论:循证护理模式可有效缓解小儿术前恐惧情绪,提高患儿治疗过程中的依从性,促进手术成功及疾病恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe using evidence-based nursing mode of remission in pediatric preoperative fear effect. Methods.. November 2011 to October 2012 method selection of elective operation under general anesthesia for pediatric patients 136 cases as the object of study, were randomly divided into evidence-based group 68 cases and control group 68 cases, to surround operation period of patients in the control group routine care, be in evidence-based group during the operation period of evidence-based nursing care; comparison of 2 groups of children before operation, the signs of life preoperative fear score （FAVS）, treatment compliance, family satisfaction. Results. Of the 2 groups of children life signs, there are significant differences, before anesthesia evidence-based group mean arterial pressure and heart rate were significantly lower than those in control group fear score comparison, evidence-based group was significantly lower than the control group; treatment compliance comparison, evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of the control group;family satisfaction degree, evidenceased group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing mode can effectively alleviate the pediatric preoperative fear, improve the patients during the treatment compliance, to promote the success of operation and rehabilitation, worth,,＂ of clinical aoolication.
