摘要
介绍了国际图联在《国际标准书目著录》(ISBD)编修过程中所开展的各种组织活动,包括组建机构、交流信息、拟定程序等,分析其成功组织编修工作的特点及其启示,并概述了我国文献著录规则国家标准编修中的不足之处及改进对策。
This paper introduces the various activities, including the formation of institutions, information interchange, procedure develop- ment etc：, organized by the IFLA in the process of editing and revising the International Standard Bibliographic Description （ ISBD）, ana- lyzes its characteristics and enlightenments of successfully organizing the works of editing and revising, and briefly discusses the inadequa- cies and corresponding improving countermeasures in the process of editing and revising the national standard of bibliographic description in China.
