摘要
目的:探讨改良式上睑提肌缩短术在矫正上睑下垂治疗中的效果。方法:随机选取2010年1月至2012年1月在我院接受治疗的38例(47眼)先天性重症上睑下垂患者,将其随机平均分成两组,即对照组(19例)和干预组(19例)。对照组采用常规上脸提肌缩短术进行矫正上睑下垂手术,干预组采取改良式结膜面及皮肤面切口联合的手术方法进行上睑提肌缩短术。结果:在手术后的一年随访中,干预组19例患者,有16例术后效果较为满意,1例矫正不足,0例过矫。手术治愈率为94.47%,有效率为99.23%,无并发症发生,整体手术效果明显优于对照组。结论:在提上脸肌缩短改良式手术中联合结膜面及皮肤面切口的内外路手术方法优越性较多,术后效果也比较满意,在美学方面和功能改善方面都具有显著优势。
Objective：To discuss the effect of treating ptosisn with modified upper eyelid levator shortening operation.Methods：Choosed 38 patients of ptosisn with 47 eyes from Jan.2010 to Jan.2011 to divide randomly into two groups with 19 cases in each other.Controlled group were treated with face levator shortening operation,while study group were treated with modified upper eyelid levator shortening operation.Results：There were 16 cases satisfied,1cases undercorrection,none overcorrection,the cure rate was 94.47%,effective rate was 99.23% with none complication in study group.Conclusion：Combined surgery of conjunctiva and skin incision in modified upper eyelid levator shortening operation has significant advantages in aesthetic and function improvement.
