摘要
目的:探讨肾移植术后出现亚临床排斥反应的患者血清内白细胞介素水平的变化及意义。方法:对2009年3月～2012年2月我院收治的肾移植手术后出现亚临床排斥反应28例、无排斥反应30例患者进行本次实验。使用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组患者的血清白细胞介素IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平,对比有无差异。结果:排斥反应组患者出现排斥反应时,IL-6、IL-8、IL-10均高于无反应组,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:肾移植术后出现亚临床排斥反应的患者有血清白细胞介素升高的表现,提示可能与组织细胞炎症有关。
Objective：To study interleukin-level changes in the serum of patients with subclinical rejection after renal transplantation and.Method：March 2009 to February 2012 in our hospital kidney transplant subclinical rejection in 28 cases,no rejection in 30 cases in this experiment.Using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect serum leukocyte interleukin IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 levels in two groups of patients,compared to whether the differences.Results：rejection reaction group patients with rejection,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 were higher than the non-response group,p 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：after renal transplantation subclinical rejection responses in patients with elevated serum levels of interleukin tips may be related to the tissue cells inflammation.
