用多西他赛联合表阿霉素治疗乳腺癌的疗效观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察多西他赛联合表阿霉素治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效,并加以分析。方法对入住我院的59例乳腺癌患者行多西他赛联合表阿霉素治疗,42d后,行疗效评定。结果 59例患者中,临床有总效率(RR)91.5%(54/59),其中临床完全缓解(cR)25.4%(15/59),临床部分缓解(PR)66.1%(39/59)。稳定(SD)5例,进展(PD)患者0例。结论应用多西他赛联合表阿霉素治疗晚期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效满意,故该法值得临床推广应用。
