摘要
目的探讨供应室复用医疗器械的清洗方法,以确定灭菌效果,减少医院感染发生。方法选择供应室回收待处理的中度污染的金属器械120 000件,按回收的单双日分为对照组和观察组;对照组采用次氯酸钠消毒剂浸泡;观察组采用次氯酸钠消毒剂与多酶洗液混合后浸泡;观察两组器械清洗后的洁净合格率、隐血试验阳性率。结果使用次氯酸钠消毒剂与多酶洗液混合后浸泡的清洗方法其效果明显优于次氯酸钠消毒剂浸泡的清洗方法,无不良反应。结论用次氯酸钠与多酶洗液混合后浸泡的清洗方法是供应室较理想的清洗方法。
OBJECTIVE To explore the cleaning methods for the recyclable medical instruments in sterile supply room so as to enswre the sterilization effect and reduce the incildence of nosocomial infections.METHODS A total of 120 000 pieces of moderately contaminated mental instruments were selected from the sterile supply room and were divided in to the control group and the observation group according to single and even number of the recycling days.The control group was soaked in the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant;the observation group was soaked in the mixture of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant and multi-enzyme lotion.The cleanliness and the positive rate of occult blood test were compared after the cleaning.RESULTS The mixture of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant and multi-enzyme lotion was superior to sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in the cleaning effect,without producing adverse reactions.CONCLUSION The mixture of sodium hypochlorite with multi-enzyme lotion is an ideal cleaning method in the sterile supply room.
