摘要
以氢氧化铝为原料,硫酸钠-硫酸钾为熔盐,分别研究了氧化钙和氧化硅对试样物相的影响。结果表明:在1000℃保温4h,未加入氧化物试样的物相为α-Al2O3相,加入氧化钙和氧化硅试样的物相均为非晶相。未加入氧化物试样的颗粒形貌为片状,片的边长为6~12μm,厚度为1~2μm。
The effects of calcium oxide and silica on alumina phase development were studied in potassium sulfate-- sodium sulfate by using aluminium hydroxide as raw materials. The result indicated the phase of un-- doped oxide sample was α- Al2 O3, but amorphous alumina phase was obtained by adding alcium oxide and silica on alumina, respectively. The morphology of un--doped oxide sample was plate--like,with size range from 6μm to 12μm and the thickness range from 1 μm to 2 μm.
