The Existence of Weak Solution for a Class of the Semiconductor Equation

摘要 考虑一类半导体方程组的混合初边值问题．在边值函数非负的条件下。证明了整体弱解的存在性． In this paper, we consider the mixed boundary value problem for the semiconductor equations. Under the conditions of the non-negative boundary value,the existence result of the weak solutions to the problem is obtained.
