摘要 高血压（hypertension）是全球范围的重大公共卫生问题，是最常见的慢性病，也是心脑血管病最主要的危险因素。高血压病具有病程长、发病率高、对人们生活质量影响人的特点，但常常直到发牛靶器官损伤有特殊临床表现时才引起注意；或者是己用药物治疗，但用药与血压监测脱节，导致血压控制不良甚至猝死等事件发生。因此，早期发现高血压，以及在用药过程中系统、规律地监测血压具有十分重要的意义。
