摘要
文章概述了职业技能竞赛作为人才培养的重要手段将逐步进行制度化和日常化,并将推动专业课程实践的变革;探讨以项目化为主要形式,从设计竞赛式课程实践项目、开发基于职业技能竞赛的典型课例、培养技能研究型教学团队和改革课程考核模式等方面开发基于职业技能竞赛的专业课程实践项目,创新实施技能教学,提高人才培养质量探究新的途径。
This paper reviews that vocational skill competition, as an important way of talent cultivation, will promote the reform of professional curriculum practice. And it explores from such aspects as the design of competitive curriculum practice project, the development of course case based on skill competition, the cultivation of skill developing teaching staff and the reform of test mode, aiming to innovate the implementation of skill-based teaching and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
