摘要
详细论述了烧结金属材料金相样品的制备方法和金相样品制备过程中可能产生的问题以及控制和消除它们的方法。依此方法可确保获得一个平整的、能反映烧结金属材料真实显微组织和结构的金相样品。
In this paper, metallographic sample preparation method of sintered metal materials was described in detail. Discussions were emphasized on the problems which may occur during the process, and solving methods. A representative metallographic surface reflecting the real microstructure of sintered metal materials could be obtained by the recommended method.
