摘要
对广西壮族聚居区田阳县的新农村体育人才和社会体育指导员的工作现状调查研究,分析影响新农村体育人才和社会体育指导员队伍培养的主要因素,提出田阳县新农村体育人才和社会体育指导员队伍建设的若干建议,为促进新农村体育运动发展提供参考及理论依据。
This paper investigates on the the present situation of instructor for sports talents and social sports in the new countryside, analyzes the main factors influencing the cultivation of the instructor group, and proposes some suggestions on the specific construction, aiming to provide some reference and theoretical basis.
