摘要
目的:通过小鼠对复方板蓝根喷雾剂的急性毒性反应研究,对安全性评价提供理论依据。方法:通过预实验,判断测定LD50的可能性,并且获得LD50或MTD。结果 :LD50结果显示无小鼠死亡情况,MTD结果表明小鼠给予最大浓度最大体积,即80g/kg体质量,相当60kg成人临床日用量1 60倍。结论:本实验表明复方板蓝根喷雾剂毒性较小。
Objective: To study the acute toxicity of the compound radix spray, so as on the safety assessment provide a theoretical basis. Methods: The possibility of determining LDso was judged through pretest. The LD50 or maximum tolerance dose (MTD) was measured by intragastric administration of the compound radix spray with the maximum concentration and the maximum amounts in mice. Results: The LD50 results showed no mouse death, the MTD test showed that the MTD of mice was equal to 160 times of the normal human (60kg). Conclusion: The compound radix spray has no acute toxicity.
